Friend finds this item to comfortable ,fits as expected if you order your normal size in wear. 1.Order one size up to start . 2.Material not breathable. 3.Pocket too small for private parts , as everyone is built differently . They fit great. I needed one for a wedding to tuck in my extra pounds and this worked so well. If you’re plus sized, you may want to go one six smaller, but that’s just my opinion. More importantly though, they’re great for ALL men to wear when working out. They help shed excess water weight, plus they provide support under your work out clothes, particularly when doing cardio. Guys know what I’m talking about: no one likes when you’re jogging or on the elliptical machine and you keep having to adjust yourself because your balls are jiggling around. This eliminates all that while still remaining comfortable. They also help with your posture.
